Please read these Terms of Service before using VOGESK (this website). By using this website (registering, ordering, etc.), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Order Stuff
The pet supply info, prices, and stock info on this website are just for your reference. The order page has the final details.
When you order, you’ll get an email confirming it. This email just tells you we got your order. Your order is valid when we send you another email that confirms your order has shipped, which also includes the tracking number.
If we run out of something, mess up the price, have system problems, or something else goes wrong, we can cancel or change your order. We’ll let you know by email or text and refund anything you’ve already paid.

We accept PayPal. A payment company will handle your payments safely and securely, and we do NOT keep your payment info.
If we have to refund you because of system issues, double charges, or other problems, we’ll contact you and refund you ASAP. We’ll refund your original payment method.

We follow all the privacy laws in the places we do business (like the United States, Germany, the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, Japan, Arab countries, the Netherlands, Greece, Italy, Turkey, etc.). We only collect your info (name, contact info, address, payment info, etc.) to process orders, help you out, and ship products.
We won’t share your info with anyone unless you say it’s okay or if the law requires it to protect us, other users, or assist with legal investigations.
We keep your info safe to prevent leaks, loss, or misuse. If something happens, we’ll tell you right away and fix it.
6. Our Content
Everything on this website (pictures, text, trademarks, logos, etc.) is ours or belongs to the people who own those rights. You can’t copy, share, change, or use anything on this website for business without our permission.
You can only use this website to buy pet supplies for yourself and you can’t use it for anything illegal or anything that messes up the website.
7. We’re Not Responsible For
If we can’t do what we promised because of something crazy like a natural disaster, war, government action, cyberattack, or communication problems, we’re not responsible. But we’ll let you know ASAP and try to fix it.
We try to make sure the product info on our website (features, specs, instructions, etc.) is correct, but sometimes things are wrong or out of date. We don’t promise that everything is perfect, and we’re not responsible if you lose money because you trusted the info on our site.
8. Changing These Terms
We can change these Terms of Service if we change our business, the laws change, or other things happen. We’ll post the new terms on this website, and they’ll be valid once they’ve been up for a specific period (based on local laws). If you use the website after that, you agree to the new terms.

If you and VOGESK ever have a dispute concerning these Terms of Service or your use of the website, we will first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiations. If we are unable to reach a resolution, either party may file a lawsuit in the court that has the proper authority over matters where VOGESK’s U.S. shipping and operational center is located.
