Our warehouse is located in the United States, and we will arrange direct shipping from our US warehouse to ensure your items begin their journey as quickly as possible.
Special Circumstances: During holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Independence Day in the US) and promotional periods, order volumes increase significantly, potentially extending processing times by an estimated 1-2 business days. Additionally, if your purchase includes custom-made pet products or items with limited stock, processing times may vary based on production cycles or restocking availability. Relevant information will be clearly marked on the product detail page, and we will promptly notify you via email regarding the specific processing progress. Please be sure to check your emails.

II. Shipping Methods

International Express: Our primary international carriers include DHL, FedEx, and UPS, suitable for customers prioritizing speed. Orders to the U.S. mainland typically arrive within 1-3 business days. Shipments to Germany, the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands, Greece, and Italy generally take 3-5 business days. Orders to Japan are delivered in approximately 2-4 business days; orders to Turkey are expected to arrive in 4-6 business days; orders to Arab regions (such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc.) are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. International express shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the goods. Specific costs will be automatically displayed when you place your order.
International Postal Logistics: Partnered international postal services include the United States Postal Service (USPS). This shipping method offers relatively lower costs and is suitable for customers prioritizing cost-effectiveness over strict delivery timelines. Orders shipped to the U.S. mainland typically arrive within 2-5 business days; orders to European countries (Germany, UK, France, etc.) are estimated to arrive within 7-15 business days; orders to Japan generally arrive within 5-10 business days; Orders to Turkey usually arrive within 10-20 business days; orders to the Arab region generally arrive within 12-25 business days. International postal shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and destination; specific amounts can be viewed at checkout.

III. Order Tracking

To keep you informed of your order’s shipping status, we provide full-process tracking for every order.
Tracking Information Access: Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send a shipping notification email to the address you provided during checkout (the email registered on the VOGESK independent site or used for ordering). This email contains a unique tracking number and corresponding tracking link.
Tracking Methods: You can track your order using either of the following methods. Method 1: Directly click the tracking link in the shipping notification email. This will redirect you to the tracking page on the official website of the corresponding logistics provider (e.g., DHL, FedEx, USPS). The system will automatically display your order’s latest shipping status, including the current location of your items, the shipping stage (e.g., shipped from warehouse, in transit, arrived at destination country/region, being delivered), and the estimated delivery time. Method 2: If you cannot locate the shipping email, log in to the VOGESK independent store, navigate to the “My Orders” page, locate the relevant order, and click the “View Logistics” option. This will provide you with the tracking number and tracking link, allowing you to proceed with tracking as described above.
Tracking Updates: Logistics providers typically update tracking information at key shipping milestones. Due to potential delays in data transmission, if you do not see the latest tracking details shortly after shipment (e.g., within 24 hours), please wait patiently and check again later.

IV. Lost or Delayed Packages

During transit, packages may be lost or delayed due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, conflicts), carrier operational errors, or customs inspections. If you encounter such issues, please contact us promptly. We will assist you in resolving the matter.
Handling Package Delays: If your package’s actual transit time exceeds the estimated delivery window for its shipping method and no clear anomalies appear in the tracking information, first check the order tracking page for any delay notifications issued by the logistics provider. If no such notice exists or you have questions about the delay, please contact us via email (service@vogesk.com) within 1-3 business days after the estimated delivery date has passed. In your email, please include your order number, tracking number, and a detailed description of the delay. We will immediately contact the relevant logistics provider to investigate the cause of the delay and promptly provide you with the results and a resolution. If the package is indeed significantly delayed due to the logistics provider (exceeding the estimated delivery time by 10 business days with no clear delivery date provided), we will offer two solutions: either resend the item or process a full refund (covering both the item cost and shipping fees). You may choose the option that best suits your needs.
Handling Lost Packages: If your order tracking shows the status as “Lost,” or if you haven’t received your package within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, and the logistics provider cannot provide valid location information for the package, it can be considered lost. Please contact us immediately via email (service@vogesk.com) and provide your order number, tracking number, shipping address at the time of purchase, and a detailed list of the items in the package. We will promptly submit a lost package investigation request to the logistics provider to assist you with loss confirmation and the claims process. Once the logistics provider confirms the package is lost, we will arrange for the goods to be reshipped or process a full refund (covering both the product cost and shipping fees), with the specific solution determined based on your preference. We will continuously monitor the claims progress and provide timely updates to ensure your legitimate rights and interests are protected.
